It is recommended that you find your own sacred space to go to each day. This is the space where you read, write, think and process while learning to know and love You more. This is also a place to go to when you want to meditate as well as just being still or practicing your breathing, BCET, ALT or NHT.
I knew a woman who made a beautiful space in her closet. Another already had her office which could be opened to the outside when the weather was pleasing. Wherever you choose to be, make it a habit to return to these questions bi annually or maybe more often if you feel pulled to do so.
